THE ULTIMATE PLOT TWIST 🤯

The students of Sutherland Secondary School in North Vancouver celebrated the spirit day “Adam Sandler Day” yesterday, where students showed up in his signature mismatched, laid-back chaotic style: ultra-comfortable oversized tees or patterned polos, baggy basketball shorts, long crew socks, and athletic sneakers 👕🧦

But nowhere on their 2026 bingo card did they expect Adam Sandler to actually pull up.

Adam Sandler has been in and around the city, alongside co-star Willem Dafoe, since March while filming Time Out, an American drama thriller based on the 2001 French film. He even played a few pickup basketball games at the Robert Lee YMCA and in local school gymnasiums.

Now imagine adding to the yearbook that Adam Sandler won best dressed on “Adam Sandler Day” 🫣😅

The Fake Shaadi is back on Saturday, May 30, which means Bollywood DJs, live dhol, performances, grand entrances, a photobooth and a room full of people dressed like someone’s cousin is actually getting married.

➡️ is bringing it back to 560 Seymour St with DJ Harshid, DJ Raytrix and DJ Inspire returning from last year.

Dress code is your best Shaadi fit, ethnic or formal, so basically don’t show up looking like you came from a lecture.

You have to be 19+, a native or fluent English speaker, and able to attend without hats or glasses during the session.
