A little gratitude post ! I feel incredibly blessed to have a body that can move with strength and grace. Each day, I’m grateful for the ability to run, stretch, and dance. Movement brings me joy, vitality, and a profound sense of freedom. Can’t be more grateful to have breathed this fresh air, eat the nutritious food I have got, and having this beautiful life I have always dreamed of. what are you thankful of today ?
