Five revolutions around the sun as her mama.
And I’ve learned that presence is the rarest form of wealth, a life lived by design, not by default.
Every season with her reminds me that time is the one currency we never get back. That joy lives in the small, ordinary moments we’re awake enough to notice. That choosing alignment over obligation changes everything, not just for us, but for the next generation watching how we live.
I didn’t want to build a life that looked good from the outside but felt heavy on the inside. So I began creating one that felt alive. Rooted in health, connection, and purpose. Built in partnership with the earth, and in rhythm with my own nervous system.
That’s the vision behind everything I share, not perfection, but presence. Not busyness, but belonging. Not default, but design. 🌿
