Dear Me,
I know how tired you are sometimes.
Not just physically tired, but the kind that comes from carrying responsibilities, thinking about everyone else first, and trying to hold life together quietly while still showing up every day.
You have survived seasons you once thought would break you.
You kept going through uncertainty, loneliness, worry, disappointment, and exhaustion — and somehow you still continue to care for others with kindness. That says more about your strength than you realize.
I hope you remember that your worth is not measured only by productivity, income, or how much you do for other people. You are valuable because of who you are: thoughtful, resilient, nurturing, intelligent, and deeply human.
There will still be days when you doubt yourself. Days when you compare your timeline to others. Days when you wonder whether it is too late to start something new, rebuild, grow, or dream again.
It is not too late.
Your life experience is not a weakness. It is your advantage. The compassion you’ve developed, the patience you’ve learned, and the wisdom you carry are things many people spend decades trying to gain.
You do not need to have everything figured out immediately. You only need to keep taking the next small step.
One day, you will look back at this version of yourself with tenderness — the woman who kept trying even when life felt uncertain.
Please keep believing that peace, stability, meaningful work, and joyful moments still belong to you too.
Take care of yourself the way you take care of others.
With so much love,
Me
