✨Tofu & Beef Rice Soup (11-Month-Old Friendly)

✨I cooked a handful of rice in water until soft, then added finely chopped spinach. When it was halfway cooked, I broke in one homemade beef meatball and let it cook through. Why do I give baby z**i sardines?

Sardines are such an underrated baby food! They’re packed with omega-3s, protein, calcium, and vitamin D — all amazing for little growing brains and bones.
They’re also low in mercury, which makes them a safer fish option for babies.

For a 10-month-old, I make sure to choose low-sodium sardines, rinse them well, and take the bones out.

Nutritious, budget-friendly, freezer-friendly… honestly a win-win for both mom and baby ✨

Mini Muffins:

Soft, naturally sweet, and perfect for tiny hands!

✨ Ingredients (Small Batch)
• ½ cup oats
• 1 tbsp roasted ground flaxseed
• ½ small apple, grated (about 2–3 tbsp)
• 2 tbsp grated carrot
• 1 tbsp grated beet
• 1–2 dates, pitted
• 1 egg
• ½ tsp ghee
• A pinch of cinnamon
• Splash of water to thin the batter

🌸You can also add ground nuts if your baby is not allergic.

✨ How I Made It

I blended everything together with a hand blender, added a little water to loosen the batter, poured into silicone molds, and air-fried at 350°F for 10–12 minutes until soft.

✨ Age Recommendation

Great for 9–10 months+ after each ingredient has been safely introduced.

✨ Freezer-Friendly
• Freeze up to 2 months.
• Thaw in the fridge or warm 10–15 seconds before serving.
• Ideal for daycare — soft, wholesome, no added sugar.
