I try to make a couple dishes on Sunday so that I don’t have to cook much during the work week. So I tried ‘s Sticky Hoisin Noodles from her new Joyful cookbook. I added some airfried tofu for extra protein and it was chef’s kiss 👩🏻‍🍳 💋

If you ever overproof your bread or feel like it’s just too sticky to handle, throw it in a loaf pan, it still turned out delicious 👌🏽

Homemade plantbased butter chickn, but I used tofu instead with a side of sautéed broccoli & naan bread…mmm chefs kiss 💋 👩🏻‍🍳

Airfried tofu coated in cornstarch
Onion & garlic
Cumin, garam masala, coriander spices
Tomatoes
Coconut milk

My second attempt in trying to make sourdough banh mi buns. I’m getting there, I think I need to bake them for less time. Practice makes perfect!

Walnut and cranberry sourdough! Inclusions are looking better as I start to get more comfortable adding and mixing them in. I use to laminate the inclusions but lately have been trying to add them during my last 2 sets of coil and fold 👌🏽 practice makes perfect!

Mmm it smells so good I just want to cut into this country sourdough and everything seasoning and daya cheese mix-in 🤤. Patiently letting it sit overnight, I can’t wait to cut into it tomorrow morning.

Sourdough bread journey. I used Daiya smoked and cheddar cheese cubes as my mix in for Christmas Dinner

I woke up and found my sourdough discard in the fridge pouring out of its container so I didn’t want to waste it so made discard pretzels. They turned out delish 👌🏽

It’s my first time adding mix-ins into my sourdough. I made an everything cheddar/ jalapeño and walnut and cranberry bread.
I used the block daiya cheddar cheese and it was delish 👌🏽
