Get out on your bike this week Vernon BC!! It’s City of Vernon - Local Government has done a great job over the years improving our biking paths and communities.

Debuting today is the VERNON BIKE VALET! Currently they will be available every Thursday from 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM downtown at Cenotaph Park - and its FREE!! So RIDE in to downtown, DROP your bike at and enjoy all Downtown Vernon Association has to offer. Check out this video we did and watch out for more videos coming soon.

Back in March we had the chance to team up with the Caetani Centre again—this time to bring an online campaign to life in the spring.

Sveva Caetani’s Recapitulation—her major painting series—made a pretty incredible journey. Created here in the it was later exhibited in full for the first time ever in Rome at MAXXI, before returning home—reunited in the very place it was created.

For the first time ever in Canada, the entire Recapitulation series was shown in full—a rare homecoming for a body of work that quietly stands as one of the boldest by a Canadian woman artist.

We helped build and coordinate the digital push around that return… and what a return it was.

We also supported promotion for the sold-out Gala—set right inside the exhibition at Coldstream Community Hall. Red carpet, black tie, surrounded by the work itself… not a bad way to experience it.

This project hit on every level. The campaign performed, the data looked great—but honestly? Standing in front of that work… different story.

It wasn’t just a series—it felt like a life story mapped out in paint. It moves through dozens of connected scenes and an incredible collection of detailed watercolours (including massive, multi-panel pieces). It’s layered, personal, and way bigger than you expect walking in.

That’s the part that stuck—especially living here in Vernon. Having been to the Caetani Centre many times over the years, this was the event where I felt most connected to it—and to Sveva.

As artists at our core, working in the creative world always lands a little deeper.

When we moved here 4 years ago we were excited to be apart of a small community who cares about each other and supports each other. We got that and so much more! There’s something really special about small communities coming together to support local food, local farms, and local families. 🌾

The Monashee Community Co-op released a beautiful little documentary sharing the story behind the store, the people, and the community that helped build it into what it is today.

Really honoured to be included as one of the local vendors in it. So thankful to be part of a community that genuinely cares about supporting local farmers, families, and small businesses.
