Get Your Sexy Back Podcast is about about empowerment, sacred s€xuality, healing trauma, releasing shame and reclaiming the places we’ve been most disempowered so we can step into our unapologetic power.

Does it feel like you're constantly looking to your partner to give you something you can’t quite name? The answer: It might be because you haven’t been taught to give that certain something to yourself first

Most of us never slowed down long enough to ask — What do I actually value? What does my “yes” feel like? My “no”? If you don’t know what you need, it’s easy to expect your partner to fill in the blanks—and that leads to a dynamic of quiet disappointment and emotional depletion.

The magic begins when you reclaim that power, when you become your own safe place, and when you stop outsourcing love, protection, and validation and give those to yourself first.

More of this in the latest Get Your Sexy Back podcast episode with guest ❤️ If you want to hear more about our takes and insights about this, you can find the links to the podcast in the comments. Oh, also, a side note, you can still sign up for the email info waitlist of my upcoming couples retreats, Phoenix Rising Retreats. I will be leaving the link in the comments. So sign up now!

Ever wonder why love sometimes feels more like a solo journey than a shared one? The truth: many of us haven’t been taught how to build relationships where both people feel seen, safe, and fully expressed.

In this snippet for the upcoming Get Your Sexy Back podcast episode with guest Lindsay Gates Strawn, we spoke about how identifying your and your partner’s unique strengths can shift everything. When you both feel secure enough to be your true selves, that’s where intimacy flows. That’s when the relationship stops draining you and starts filling you up.

More in the full episode release tomorrow at 7 AM EST on all podcast streaming websites and apps.

Tune in and be a part of this conversation! Link in the comments☺️❤️

For so many women, we've learned to mistrust our inner voice. We’ve disconnected from our bodies, our pleasure, and our truth.

Now, we wonder, what is the impact of ignoring what your body and intuition are trying to tell you? The good news? That disconnection isn’t permanent. You can come back to yourself.
You can reclaim the voice of your p***y, your boundaries, your desire, and it doesn’t have to be dramatic or chaotic.

More about thriving and being in your pleasure during this midlife phase on the Get Your Sexy Back podcast with guest .co ❤️ Thank you again so much for joining me in this episode.

Make sure you are all caught up on the latest episodes, as we have another good episode coming up this week!

Food for thought: Why do so many of us feel like we have to choose between love and leadership? – What if the most empowered version of you is actually the one most capable of creating deep connection, wild intimacy, and purpose-driven success?

In the latest Get Your Sexy Back episode with .co, we talked about what it looks like when a woman leads from her feminine core—and how a grounded partner can meet her there, not with resistance, but with respect.

When divine feminine and sacred masculine energies flow in tandem, the relationship becomes a playground for creation, not competition.

Something that came just in time for this episode is that you will be hearing about the couples retreats I have mentioned recently, very soon. In the meantime, you can book an exploratory call with me if you are interested in learning more about my coaching services + retreats. You can schedule a call with me through the link in my bio!

Happy Saturday, everyone!

Invest in yourself.

We’re taught to trust the experts—lawyers, therapists, coaches—but what if you had more power in your life than you realize? You don’t have to do it all alone, but you do get to decide who’s in your team. Healing and moving forward isn’t about choosing between action and rest—it’s about giving yourself permission to do both.

Before the weekend ends, catch up on the latest Get Your Sexy Back podcast episode with guest . We talked about how one can get through uncoupling, separation, and divorce.

You can listen to the full episode on any podcast streaming website and or app…or you can also go to the comments for the links.

Remember, even in the hardest moments, you’re more capable than you think.

Sometimes, you know you need help, but part of you wonders, “Can’t I just handle this on my own?” Even the strongest people need support—someone who can hold space when things feel overwhelming. Whether navigating a breakup, responding to an ex, or just processing big emotions, having the right guidance or coaching can be a lifeline.

That is why I would like to thank Alicia Robertson for helping me get through my divorce. Through her work in Lemonade Life, you can get a sense of what you can do when you have another person who is helping you find your way through this kind of event in your life, and be able to aid in regulating your emotions that you are unable to process and understand on your own.

This is why we do the work that we do. Real coaching is about: not just giving advice, but helping you regulate, process, and move through the tough moments so you can step into your next chapter with clarity and confidence.

Alicia and I can help provide that support to you as coaches, depending on what you need. If you would like to work with me in particular, you can find the details about my private coaching through the link in the comments.

I hope this episode resonates with those who need it themselves or even those who know of some people who might need to hear some of the things we have discussed on the podcast.

I’ll talk to you all soon!

But deep down, there’s this nagging feeling, a quiet knowing that something isn’t right. So, you push it down, stay busy, and keep going. Until one day, you can’t ignore it anymore.

In this week’s episode, Alicia Robertson and I, talk about...

✨ Recognizing the disconnect
✨ The cost of avoidance
✨ The power of awareness
✨ Stepping into your truth ..and many more

Tomorrow will be the first day of a new month. When there is a new beginning, you can feel in the mood to do something different and start anew.

With spring being here, now may be a good time to do some mental “spring cleaning”.

Try to ask yourself: Are you trying too hard to heal? 😮‍💨

We’re taught that transformation takes effort, but here’s the truth: constantly working on yourself can keep you stuck in stress. Healing happens in the pauses—when you slow down, tune in, and embrace pleasure as part of the process.

So, where can you let go of the pressure and invite in ease? If you’re ready to soften into healing instead of forcing it, let’s have a chat! You can book a call with me through the link in the comments ❤️If you just want something to do at home, I have a free grounding and balance practice guide for you. I will leave the link in the comments too ☺️

P.S. This episode with Angela Rivero is available on all podcast streaming websites and apps. More to come on the Get Your Sexy Back podcast this week!

Grief has a way of reshaping relationships, making intimacy and communication feel like uphill battles. So, how do you bridge that gap without pushing each other further away?

In this week’s episode, Kate Cee and I, talk about...
✨ Why traditional advice on communication doesn’t always work in the face of grief and how to find a new way forward
✨ Can partners grieve differently without drifting apart
✨ Has trying to conceive taken the passion out of your relationship
✨ Do men really think about intimacy the same way women do

Healing after deep emotional pain can feel terrifying—like if you even peek into your grief, you'll fall right back into it. But real healing isn’t about getting stuck in the darkness; it’s about learning to trust yourself, to know that you can feel, process, and still be okay.

In this week’s episode of the Get Your Sexy Back podcast, Kate Cee joined me as a guest. In this episode, you will see how we got deep and vulnerable in talking about our experiences with grief and heartbreak. Although this topic may be triggering and sensitive, we wanted to open a conversation about it and create a safe space for those who have gone through the same thing.

Tune in to tomorrow’s full episode, which will be released at 7 a.m. EST on all podcast streaming websites and apps. The link is also in the comments below!

That is all for now! See and talk to you all soon ☺️

How is everyone? What did you all do this weekend?

I hope you all got the chance to reset, recenter, and rest ☺️ In the latest episode of the Get Your Sexy Back with guest Alexa Lynn we talked a bit about how sometimes as women we overgive and exhaust ourselves to the point of burning ourselves out mentally and physically due wanting to please those around us. The thing about this is that we sometimes lose sight of the fact that it is not our job. There is supposed to be a balance to it as well.

One great way to do that is to say no, knowing and believing that no is an option. Once you figure that out, you start regaining your power.

To hear a more in-depth take on this, listen to the full episode on any podcast streaming website or app - or you can check out the link in the comments!

Kim 💋
