Sometimes all you need is a warm headband to get you through the cooler weather. This one covers your ears and fits nicely under a hood. Working on a new digital sewing pattern for my Newsboy/Poor boy Cap design and testing sizes! Hubby says the fit is almost perfect. A few tweaks left to go .... Did you know we have 18 digital hat sewing patterns already on our website and Etsy shop? We have 4 more including this one in the works right now! My almost 40 year career as a milliner/hat designer is being shared with the world and it brings me such joy to see my original patterns/designs being made by sewers all around the world. What an absolute pleasure it has been to teach our oldest granddaughter who is 14 ... to sew! She is planning a future in textiles and design and made the art and the pillow during her visit here from the UK. I used Canva for help with my bear in a canoe design and she used her own talent to create the four "stamps" on her pillow which she sewed! Her illustrations celebrate all the little creatures she has met in Canada. Her favorite are the Firefly's which have been abundant during her visit. We are so proud of her. More to come on how we transferred our art on to the canvas!

Kingston and area customers can find a good selection of hats at this shop owned and operated by our good friends at Cook's Gourmet and Hard Cider Kitchen. Yes!
