What we draw to us is what we are. Most of us spend our lives trying to fix what we see outside of ourselves—other people, situations, or conditions—without realizing that what we see is a reflection of what lives within.

When you look in a mirror and see your hair out of place, you don’t brush the reflection—you brush your actual hair. In the same way, life does not change by trying to “fix” the mirror. It changes when we shift the source: our inner self.

The traits we notice or judge in others often mirror something unacknowledged within us. Lessons will continue to repeat until we turn inward and choose differently.
