I am a bookkeeper and I also prepare T1 personal tax returns.

I primarily work with trades and outfitters.

As a bookkeeper, I like to establish a long-term business relationship with my customers. At first, we usually have an intensive cleanup period where we get the books in order. For some clients, I dedicate an entire weekend to this and call it my bookkeeping boot camp weekend.

Once we have a clean slate, we can submit organized books to your accountant.

Going forward, I like to meet (usually virtually) with every business owner once a month. This keeps us on track and organized throughout the year.
