The foundation is officially being built.

Inside the NCG Fight Factory stands Head Coach J-Rocc alongside Windsor wrestling legends and NCG executives Bobby Clancy & Mike Legacy with NCG owner Michael Joseph.

What started as a vision is now becoming reality for the next generation of professional wrestling in Windsor Essex.

Semester begins May 18 and the support from this community has been unbelievable. Thank you to everyone believing in the movement.

Happy Birthday to the man, the myth… and my son—LUKE 🎉

I say it all the time, but I couldn’t be more proud of you—not just as your dad, but as your co-host. You’re truly the best co-host a dad could ever ask for. This whole Big Daddy & Luke Podcast exists because of you—your passion for wrestling, your drive to make it happen, and your confidence to go out there and just do it.

Watching you grow into this role has been incredible. The way you handle interviews is something special—you connect with wrestlers so naturally, ask great questions, and bring out stories that people genuinely want to hear. You make it look easy, even though I know how much work you put in behind the scenes.

And yeah… you definitely carry me some days 😂 but that’s part of what makes this so much fun.

From wrestling shows to recording sessions full of laughs, this has become something I’ll always be grateful for—and getting to do it with you makes it even better.

I’m proud of the work you’re doing, proud of the person you are, and proud to call you my son.
