I question whether this is a genuine or artificially generated text. If authentic, the teacher's behavior is unacceptable and constitutes bullying. A teacher should possess a basic understanding of grammar, including the correct usage of 'as' and 'has.' I hope the education department and CDA investigate this matter. If this is indeed genuine, the teacher's fitness for the classroom should be reevaluated.

The People’s National Party, PNP, has officially announced that Mark Jefferson Golding, Member of Parliament for South St. Andrew, will remain as party president following the close of the nomination process at midday Friday.
Golding was the sole nominee for the post, meaning he will continue to lead the party unchallenged for another two years, in accordance with recent amendments to the PNP’s constitution.
The constitution provides for a two- year term.
Meanwhile, there will be a change in the party’s vice-presidential lineup. Natalie Neita Garvey, MP for North Central St. Catherine, will join the slate of vice presidents, replacing Senator Donna Scott Mottley, who has opted not to seek re-election.
