My Loved Hand & Hated Head!

Politics in Zimbabwe was built on a platform that hated you for thinking yet loved your vote. In other words, the only part that concerned our politicians most was the hand. They would hate to see a thinking man with a hand as they wanted the hand to vote without the influence of the head, hence some resorted to chopping off of hands, unfortunately they could not make it function without the whole body.

It is with our religion as is with our politics, they want you without your brains, or to replace your brains with what they want, using 4 fear factors, namely, fear of the dead, fear of death, fear of the unknown, fear of poverty. Vazhinji varikunamatiswa kwete kunamata nekuti pane chavarikutya, hence self is the centre of their religion.

On teaching us to stay sober, Paul through the influence of the Holy Spirit wants us to avoid that which disturbs proper thinking, the wine of Babylon, teachings & poisoned environs. In other words, we can't be righteous unless we are sober, unless the avenue to our soul is guarded.
