Good evening everyone!

The Picture below is all the ingredients I used to prepared my native soup also known as “nasara” and it’s popular among the Kuted tribe which hails from Taraba state..
Have you heard of it before or even taste it or will you like to taste it ?

This are the ingredients needed for moringa soup

*Moringa leaf
*blended groundut (fried)
*blended crayfish
*dry catfish
*fresh pepper
*lucust beans (not in the picture )
