French Bread with a Crispy CrustIngredients:4 cups (500g) bread flour1 tbsp sugar2 tsp salt1 tbsp active dry yeast1 and 1/2 cups (360ml) warm water1 tbsp olive oilInstructions:Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water, let foam 5–10 minutes.Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Add yeast mixture and olive oil, mix to form dough.Knead for 10 minutes until smooth.Let dough rise 1–2 hours until doubled.Divide into small rolls, shape, and place on baking tray.Let rise 30–45 minutes.Just before baking, spray water on the rolls for a crispy crust.Bake at 230°C (450°F) for 15–20 minutes until golden.
