I travel because I can. I pay my own way, build my own life, and never wait for someone else to make my dreams possible.

I landed today from Barcelona and headed straight to work until midnight. 👌🌿👍

My last day in Barcelona was spent swimming at the rooftop pool in Intercontinental, then we went back to the Gothic area to check the Fargas Xocolades which belonged in the past to the family of my friend.

Afterwards we saw a shop of Enrique Tomas cured meat and we had our appetizer there. ☺️ I am actually not a fan of cured meat but now I can understand why this brand is so popular 👌

We then hailed a taxi to the Barceloneta beach to walk around and go to dinner but I found a really local, very cheap restaurant in the city center from Reddit. So we had taxi back to the city.

Overall I found Barcelona good only because I was with my friend. We weren't victims of pickpockets, I found the shopping scene really cheap (well ofc I live in Siwtzerland where everything seem uberexpensive) and the food were really tasty. But this travel made extra nice because there we were just really chatting, chilling and eating around.

My friend stays a few more days in Barcelona then she will go to 3 more cities in Spain before going back to Los Angeles. I am leaving today because I already need to work this evening 😝

Need to earn and do lots of shifts again because my September country is I am going back to the US 🥰🥰🥳🥳
