A good shepherd doesn't scatter his flock. Similarly, a good leader doesn't enjoy the division/differences/misunderstanding that his people have. He mediates between them and finds a conventional approach to handle their differences/wrangles. A good honcho tries all possible ways to unite his people. He doesn't have to rally behind their division. He doesn't have to be adding firewood to the scorching fire. He tries to put out the fire.

A paragon honcho enjoys the unity of his people. He jubilates over the peace and harmony that his people are enjoying. Causing fragments among the people you are claiming or you want to lead ain't an achievement.

There ain't a candle that can be lit under a bed and yet it can go unnoticed. Why not wait for the candle to expose itself on it own without you going to look for it? No matter how it's hidden, it will still emerge through the diffusion of smoke particles.

I really give my gratitude and respect to Gatdet Dak Lampuar for the insightful article he wrote and posted on his page/Account.

Let's stop adding firewood to the already burning fire.
