“Magma” is an instrumental album by Swiss bassist Wanu (Sébastien Pittet), crafted in 2023. Seamlessly blending jazz, ambient, and atmospheric elements, it emerges from collective improvisation, driven by the synergy between Wanu’s signature sound, Sébastien Guenot’s live artwork, and Mathias Durand’s intricate sound processing and multicasting—together forming The Magma Project.
