Creating sunny, vibrant content for Hangar Restaurant in Meco was one of those projects that reminded me why I love working in hospitality.
Fresh ingredients from the Atlantic, long summer days, ocean air, and a culinary philosophy rooted in simplicity and quality. Every plate told a story of place, seasonality, and connection to the coast.

What I enjoy most about food and beverage projects is that they bring together everything I love: creativity, experience design, storytelling, culture, and human connection. Great hospitality isn't just about what we eat—it's about how a place makes us feel.

Capturing the atmosphere, flavors, and energy of Hangar Restaurant was an absolute pleasure, and a beautiful reminder of the richness of Portugal's Atlantic coastline.

Some projects become more than content.

They become memories.

One of my favorite moments on set is what I call showtime.
Not when the cameras arrive.
Not when the concept is approved.
Not when everything is perfectly planned.

Showtime begins when the sun starts to disappear.

Those final minutes before sunset have a unique energy. The light softens, colors become richer, and everything feels more alive. It's a daily reminder that the most beautiful moments are often the briefest.

Over the years, I've chased this light across different countries, projects, and industries. Whether working in hospitality, wellness, branding, art, or content creation, sunset remains my favorite creative collaborator.

This one was captured at Meco Beach, Portugal, on the edge of one of Europe's most breathtaking coastal landscapes.

For me, sunset isn't the end of the day.

It's the beginning of the magic.
