DJing since 1997, he was raised on the raw energy of the Hot Mix 5, the MixMasters, and the neighborhood DJs who shaped the city’s sound. Those FM frequencies became the foundation of a lifelong devotion to House music.

In 2014, he stepped into production with Chi-Shots, a disco-infused sample cut that marked the beginning of a steady flow of releases on his own imprint, SoulJack Digital Recordings, as well as labels like Turtle Wax Records, DubStar Recordings, Groove Foundation, LookBook, Miggedy Entertainment, and NuMonkey Records.
