Employer branding has become somewhat noisy. So many companies put out content without truly evaluating what the message is. The whole point of employer branding is to attract potential employees. Giving them an idea of the environment, culture and ethics behind the brand(s).
However, this is totally missed with generic "one size fits all" terminology that is so often used. Your employer brand voice is just as important as your customer brand voice. You want people to feel connected so that they will remain. You need to hire people who align with your company.
