To connect your spirit to God’s Spirit, you must first surrender your heart completely to Jesus Christ and allow the Holy Spirit to dwell within you. The Bible says in John 4:24 that “God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” This means the connection is not physical, but spiritual. It begins with genuine repentance, prayer, obedience and a sincere desire to know God personally.

A person’s spirit becomes connected to God through the Holy Spirit. Romans 8:16 says, “The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God.” When you pray, meditate on God’s Word, live in holiness and remain faithful to Him, your spirit becomes sensitive to His voice, direction and presence. The more time you spend with God, the stronger that spiritual connection becomes.

Also, 1 Corinthians 6:17 says, “But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit with Him.” This shows that through faith and fellowship with God, your spirit can become united with His Spirit. Therefore, stay connected through prayer, fasting, worship, reading the Bible and living by faith. As you draw near to God, He will draw near to you (James 4:8).

Tubah Zonal Games Update – Day 3 Football ⚽🔥

Today's football matches at the Tubah Zonal Games were full of action and excitement.

In the first match, CYF Atunibah played against CYF Tubah, and the game ended in a 1–1 draw. Both teams played well, but no team could get the winning goal.

The second match was between CYF CCAST Complex/Mengkegeli and CYF Bambili. CYF Bambili gave a strong performance and defeated CYF CCAST Complex/Mengkegeli with a 4–1 win.

With these results, CYF Atunibah (1 point) and CYF CCAST Complex/Mengkegeli (0 points) are now officially out of the football competition.

The fight for the trophy continues. Stay tuned for more updates, and the standings will be posted soon. ⚽🏆🔥

Text: Ecclesiastes 9:11, (NIV)..time and chance happen to them all.

Theme: Good Things in Store

The scripture talks about how time and chance will come together for every person. In other words, there are moments of favor that God has already released into your future. If you’ll let that sink down into your heart today, it will change your whole outlook on your future.

So many people miss out on the good things because they allow fear to distract them and hold them back. They say, “What if I fail?” “What if they don’t like me?” “What if I make a mistake?” However, “What if you do succeed?” “What if they do like you?” “What if you do it better than anyone else?” That’s expecting God’s goodness and favor. And when you go out each day with an attitude of faith and expectancy, you’ll see those good things He has in store. You’ll walk into divine moments of favor, moments of blessing, moments of increase and embrace all the good things He has in store for you!

Prayer
Father, thank You for the good things You have in store for my future. Thank You for Your peace and joy that surrounds my every step. I choose to keep my heart focused on the blessings in my future in Jesus name. Amen.

Revival is not just an event it is a divine awakening. It is the moment when hearts turn back to God, when spiritual fire is rekindled, and when lives are transformed by His presence. The return of revival signifies a season where dryness gives way to abundance, where weakness is replaced with strength, and where faith rises above fear.
In times of revival, there is a deep hunger for righteousness, a renewed passion for prayer, and a genuine desire to walk in truth. It is a call to awaken from spiritual slumber and reconnect with the purpose God has placed within us. Revival brings healing to broken hearts, restoration to lost hope, and unity among believers.
This is the hour to rise, to seek, and to surrender. The return of revival begins with you with a willing heart, a humble spirit, and a readiness to be used by God.

Prayer
Let the fire fall again. Let revival return. AMEN 🙏.

The Tubah Zonal Games continued yesterday, Sunday, with exciting handball matches that kept spectators engaged from start to finish.

The first match featured the boys handball team, where CYF Atunibah faced CYF Bambili/Ntehbang.
It was a strong and confident performance from Atunibah, who dominated the game and secured a clear victory with a score of 20–10.

In the second match, the girls from CYF Atunibah once again showed their strength against Bambili. They controlled the game well and finished with an impressive 14–7 win, making it a second victory for Atunibah on the day.

The third match ended differently, as CYF Baforkum claimed victory by forfeiture.

It was a great day for CYF Atunibah as they recorded two strong victories. Their players were happy, their supporters were proud.

Their fans club once again proved their loyalty and spirit, bringing life and excitement to the event without disappointment.

The day ended well with joy, unity, and good sportsmanship from all teams.

Music is more than just sound, it is a way to express feelings, tell stories, and connect people.

Yesterday, CYF Atunibah members came out in their numbers at the Sunday School Church House, to attend a powerful music class.

We learned what music really is, why it matters, the different parts of music, its origin, and forms of writing.

The class was practical and easy to follow. We were taught how to read music, understand notes, the different types of beats and their symbols, and how to read solfa.

We also learned how to read a music sheet: knowing the title, the composer, and important details like key, time, and tempo that guide how a song should be sung or played.

The session was organized by the Song Department and led by MB Ronald and Tiomela Jordan, who made it lively and impactful.

Next class, we will be learning how to compose a song;how to turn ideas into music. That’s something you don’t want to miss.
