✍️How Things Change Over Time

There was a time when we cooked with what was natural, fresh, and close to the earth. Red palm oil, local spices, homegrown ingredients and nothing complicated.

Today, many of the oils on our shelves are highly refined, bleached, deodorized products that look “perfect” but offer far less nutrition and causes h@rm to our bodies.

This is a reminder that not everything labeled modern is better. Sometimes, the real upgrade is going back to the foods our parents and grandparents trusted.

Choose wisely and your body will feel the difference.

Most of what we call groundnut oil or cooking oil is actually bleached, deodorized, and decolorized palm oil (palm olein)?

While it may be fortified with 𝘀𝘆𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘀, it loses most of the natural nutrients and antioxidants found in unrefined oils. So what looks “healthy” on the label isn’t always what your body needs!
