On the matter of the Attack of Nforngang Jude, FENKERE members and illegal Copy and Plagiarization of FENKERE project by the Authorities of Nkwen Palace in Bamenda, Cameroon.

Nkwen Palace authorities in Bamenda Faulted for attacking FENKERE
FENKERE is about preservation of History and Story Telling.
It is noted that Everyone worldwide active on Social media and listening on public media channels invited by the Nkwen Palace Authorities on Sunday 30th of July 2023 knows the events and story of the malicious attack of Nforngang Jude and the leadership of the FENKERE Common Initiative Group by the Authorities of the Nkwen Palace.
Everyone knows the story of how TA FENKERE was duressed and brought before the entire Authorities of Nkwen Chiefdom, pressurized and asked to kneel down and be given beatings by authorities of Nkwen Palace on Sunday 30th July 2023 in the presence of Cameroon public Media and Press the Nkwen Palace chiefdom authorities had invited to publish their malicious abuse on Nforngang Jude.
Everyone knows that the Fon of Nkwen made a press conference on Nforngang Jude (TA FENKERE) there after which is currently spreading on public media using self generated words seeking to maliciously pin his opinion on Nforngang Jude.
Everyone knows that the Newspapers and Public Media were called to Nkwen Palace during the attack on TA FENKERE.
Everyone knows that the Newspapers had published articles maliciously attacking Nforngang Jude (TA FENKERE).
Everyone World Wide also knows that the Fon of Nkwen has created Nkwenbere Fondom which appears to be a New State within the state of the Republic of Cameroon and or New Chiefdom away from the current already legal chiefdom of Nkwen. The Fon of Nkwen has even made appointments of Authorities of that New State/Chiefdom.
Everyone also knows that TA FENKERE chose NOT to attack or even defend back as that would have fanned an already bad conflict building up in Nkwen on the issues raised by over 1000 sons and daughters of Nkwen Fondom on the FENKERE platform WhatsApp Group. Sons and Daughters of Nkwen Chiefdom had opinion that they felt that the Nkwen Palace were negligent on issues of preservation of the ancient indigenous tradition, cultural heritage and good governance of the current natural resources of Nkwen Fondom. Majority of these over 1000 citizens of Nkwen Fondom based at home and in the Diaspora had also stated that they were worried that the Nkwen Palace authorities are now charging citizens to pay huge sums of money before dead burials and celebrations could be made for lost loved ones.
Everyone now also knows that the Nkwen Palace Authorities have deliberately disabled FENKERE by asking Quarter Heads NOT to allow the recording of FENKERE at their various quarter halls as was widely done, BUT have instead now set up very malicious alternative plagiarized version of FENKERE which they have named Nkwenbere Fondom. The Fon of Nkwen even read out a message which Nforngang Jude had sent out on emergency to the CPDM Bamenda III Section President which was calling on the CPDM president to make urgent security measures for the protection of FENKERE members. The Nkwen Palace AUTHORITIES then went further and persecute Nforngang Jude for seeking such emergency public protection for FENKERE members.
Everyone now also knows that the nomenclature used by the Nkwen Palace authority on appointing the leadership of Nkwenbere Fondom appears to be setting up an illegal state and or an illegal Chiefdom within the same State of Cameroon and or Nkwen Fondom which is a Legal chiefdom already preserved and funded within the State Laws of the Republic of Cameroon.
It is noted that other than intimidating, blackmailing members of FENKERE, they also illegally copied, faked and plagiarized the FENKERE concept notes which were well published and handed to the authorities of Nkwen Palace during the Official introduction of FENKERE to the Nkwen Palace authorities on 1st July 2023. They have also now made appoints of persons with illegal titles bearing misleading numencleture such as "Minister of...", "Nchindia" , etc.
The Public media, press, Nkwen Traditional Institutions leaderships, Youth leaders, members of Nkwen and the public invited witnessed on same meeting of the 30th of July 2023 that the Fon of Nkwen; Declared that MUMA Azehfor who is a current crown 👑 prince by the Traditional and Customary Laws of Nkwen and well protected by the Customary Laws of Cameroon, in his HRH Fon Azehfor's words to be "..... AN ORDINARY PRINCE".
This is an Error of Law both in Tradition, Equity, National and International Laws. Chiefdoms are governed by its institutions and NOT by a single person.
We note that, MUMA Azehfor, Ndi Azehfor and the Fon of Nkwen were presented and made public on same occasion of the Coronation of the current Fon and leadership of Nkwen. The three can NOT be separated as they form the main leadership of the governance of Nkwen Fondom.
The above declarations were made in the presentation with the public media such as CRTV, Public Press Organs, Kwifor, Takembeng, Quarter Heads, Youth Leaders and Public viewers as stated to be present by the Fon of Nkwen Fondom during the event he had called Nforngang Jude to face Public questioning by the Nkwen Fondom Palace on issues which the Fon (Chief of the Nkwen Chiefdom) appears to have self generated and seek to pin on Nforngang Jude for persecution.
Ndi Azehfor had advanced that FENKERE leadership should help advise and continue to build the positive image of Nkwen Fondom and Nkwen Palace within it's FENKERE projects. This was noted and Nforngang Jude (TA FENKERE) has already implemented these.
It should be Noted some well renown journalist had contacted me, Nforngang Jude recently for an interview to hear my own side of the story given that agents and devices acting for Nkwen Fondom Palace authorities had contacted them to continue publishing the already public malicious publications by Nkwen Palace Authorities against me, Nforngang Jude (TA FENKERE).
FENKERE shall NOT reply to any such attacks on peace grounds as a way to STOP the escalation of such uncalled for conflicts. However, I Nforngang Jude, my relatives, Sons and Daughters of Nkwen Fondom, FENKERE members, Cameroonians, Human Rights Activists/Organizations, the Government of Cameroon, International observers and people of goodwill around the world reserve the right to call and bring the authorities of Nkwen Fondom to book and justice, if they fail to stop plagiarizing and or attacking Nforngang Jude and the FENKERE platforms and or FENKERE members.
The UK Embassy Yaounde and the British Government is called to take their responsibility to provide safe route and emergency protection to Nforngang Jude Thaddues as he is being persecuted and now fears for his life.
This presentation is made today Friday 18th August 2023, for and on behalf of Nforngang Jude and FENKERE members as a reply to the numerous worries of citizens who keep questioning why the FENKERE Story Telling Community Projects which gave the ONLY viable hope for Peace Building in Bamenda is currently plagiarized by the Nkwen Palace Authorities rendering it ineffective.
