Funeral Program Announcement:

The manager of Abakwa FM Radio, Dingana Raymond, announces the funeral program for his uncles, fathers, and grandfathers, Ba Muvala Aloysius Gweningom, and Ni Bobga Wilfred Gweningom:

ThursdayJuly 3rd at 5 PM: Wake service (without the corpses) at Bah Gweningom's Compound, Mbuwon, Bali Nyonga.

Friday July 5th:
7 AM: Removal of mortal remains at Bali District Hospital Mortuary.

7:30 AM: Laying in state at Bah Gweningom's Compound.

10 AM: Funeral service at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Bali, followed by burial at the cemetery.

Refreshments will be served immediately after the burial.

Colleagues, friends and sympathizers should take special note.

Belo Bouba Maigari has resigned from his position as Minister of Tourism and Leisure.

Additionally, Nana Abubakar, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Environment, affiliated with the UNDP/NUDP, has also reportedly submitted his resignation.

The Grand North is making its voice heard and could emerge as a surprising contender in October.

Tragic Motorcycle Accident in Limbe Claims Two Lives:

A heartbreaking accident in Ngueme, Limbe, on Sunday morning has resulted in the deaths of two individuals and left another in critical condition.

The victims, identified as Mercy and Sandra, were being transported on a motorcycle when they were struck by a car, leading to their immediate fatalities.

The motorcycle's driver was rushed to the hospital and is currently in critical condition.

As of now, it is unclear whether the car driver has been apprehended or remains at large.

Iran Targets U.S. Military Base in Qatar:

In a significant escalation, Iran has conducted missile strikes on the Al Udeid Air Base, in Qatar, the largest U.S. military installation in the Middle East. This attack is described as a retaliation against recent U.S. operations targeting Iranian nuclear facilities.

Residents in Doha reported hearing multiple explosions, leading to an immediate shutdown of the country's airspace and the issuance of shelter-in-place alerts.

In response, the Qatari government condemned the strikes as a "flagrant violation of sovereignty" and promised a measured but firm response to the incident.
