HOME CARE FOR HYPERTENSIVE PATIENTS (High BP)

High Blood Pressure no dey make noise — but e fit damage heart, kidney, brain, and eye quietly.
If person for your house get HBP, na so you fit take care of them👇

✔️ 1. Give Medications Correctly
Make dem take their BP drugs every day, same time
No stop medicine because “I feel fine”
No share drugs with anybody

✔️ 2. Check BP for House
At least 3 times a week
Write the readings down
If e dey always over 140/90, see doctor

✔️ 3. Reduce Salt Intake
No add extra salt after cooking
Reduce maggi, smoked fish, canned foods, chips/snacks
Use spices like garlic, ginger, celery, parsley

✔️ 4. Chop Healthy
More fruits 🍎 vegetables 🥬 fish 🐟 beans
Less fried food, oily soup, red meat, sweet snacks
Drink plenty water
