A special shout-out to Ms. Akam Quinta, Mr. Emmanuel Ngolefac, and the dedicated team of counselors at GBHS Bafoussam Rural for successfully organizing an impactful career orientation session for high school students.

This milestone event also marks the completion of the One-Year Certification Program, “Empower,” an initiative by the IC3 Institute, India. Since its inception in 2017, IC3 has remained committed to its mission: “Take Counseling to Every School.” Through this vision, the institute has empowered thousands of educators worldwide to guide students toward informed academic and career pathways.

We are proud to recognize that Emmanuel Ngolefac and Akam Quinta have successfully completed both the Empower program and the 3-month Embark program, further strengthening their capacity to support and inspire students.
