Today we will be talking about Kitz237 the trap star. Kitz is a Cameroonian artist who paved his way in to music by doing what we best know as trap music .
Trap is a subgenre of hip hop music that originated in the Southern United States during the early 2000s.[3] The genre gets its name from the Atlanta slang word "trap", a house used exclusively to sell drugs.Trap music uses synthesized drums and is characterized by complex hi-hat patterns, tuned kick drums with a long decay (originally from the Roland TR-808 drum machine), and lyrical content that often focuses on drug use and urban violence.It utilizes very few instruments and focuses almost exclusively on snare drums and double- or triple-timed hi-hats. hails from the Bamendankwe grassfield in the North West region of Cameroon.
He started loving music at a tender age of 16years due to his involvement in numerous church choir groups and singing and rapping competitions, and his love and dedication to become a brand of its own in the music domain and his desire to preach peace , love , unity , Harmony and all good tidings (emmancipation of all generations) to everyone through his angelic musical talents .
So far he has more than 50 songs officially unreleased and many others us is currently working on .
He has formed and inspired so many young talents out here in the streets to have focus and above all be humble and loyal inorder to succeed with their talents .
It all started back in the BDA in school, used to belong to music groups where we meet and sing or rap on a beat , we've recorded many tracks back then which really where not officially released on the social media, (CCAST Bambili), then the group name was "The Cheddar House", later moved to YDE and started another group"Street Family" with a few friends we recorded a good number of songs too , but due to the nature of our diversed schedules and responsibilities we could not meet up with the promo of those songs.
Now I'm in the "Mango Jam" record studio and technical coaching and artististic center . Here , I made great progresion I'm my musical career and we recorded a good number or tracks .
I'm also presently working with "Groovecamp studios" where I released my first depute single "we go makam" currently on YouTube and other projects which are soon to be released .
