Overcharging our weekends refers to the tendency to pack our Saturdays and Sundays with an excessive amount of activities, tasks, and responsibilities, leaving little to no time for relaxation, self-care, and spontaneity.

This can include over-scheduling social events, trying to tackle too many chores or errands, or taking on too many projects or work-related tasks. When we overcharge our weekends, we can feel stressed, anxious, and exhausted, rather than refreshed and rejuvenated.

This can lead to burnout and make it difficult to enjoy our free time, ultimately affecting our overall well-being and quality of life.
