Legacy Development TV LDTV is focused on Peace Justice and Development Memorial Foundation (LUKMEF) Cameroon. The LDCC is located adjacent the First Trust bank. Great Soppo, Buea.

The LUKMEF Development Communication Centre (LDCC) is the communication department of the Martin Luther King Jr. The Center is to host a TV and Radio station dedicated to accompany individuals and communities in Cameroon in their sustainable development initiative through effective communication and education. The Center also has state of the art audiovisual equipment and production unit with experienced and dedicated staff.
