As you go about your daily operations, take care of yourself.

Experience is the best teacher. The person who said that knew exactly what they meant.
There are some things life will bring your way that you never imagined could happen. Some lessons cannot be learned from books or advicethey can only be understood by living through them. You trust people because they're human. You expect safety from those you should be able to lean on. Then life teaches you that everyone is fighting their own battles. In the struggle to survive, people sometimes disappoint you in ways you never expected.

Life doesn't always teach gently, but it teaches deeply.
That is why experience is the greatest teacher. Until you've walked a path yourself, you can never fully understand what it feels like or what it truly means.
Some lessons can only be lived, not explained.

Do one uncomfortable thing every day:
Speak up.
Say "no."
Admit a mistake.
Ask a difficult question.
Try something you might fail at.
Resilience is built through repeated practice, not by avoiding discomfort.

When you have an opportunity to do something, girl, grab it. Do it. Then move on to the next level.

Yes, you can start anytime but don't let "later" become an excuse. If you're going to delay, make sure you have a valid reason, not just procrastination. Your future is shaped by the decisions you make today.
