While on a solo trip to Sint Maarten, my 40+ year old behind took myself out to enjoy the nightlife.

First I had a cocktail while watching planes and a beautiful sunset, then I had a nice dinner at a waterfront restaurant, then went to a club to enjoy some 90s/00s Hip-hop and R&B, then crossed the road to a lounge to enjoy Afrobeats, then took a cab to the French side to another club and after-party to enjoy Kompa and Zouk.

Best. Night. Ever.

Just had lunch at Bellucci Italia, and I’m not really a dessert girl, but that dessert was goooood 🍰! I forget what it was. The vibe was classy, well-lit, and fun. The service was 👌🏾. Great for dinner plans for festival goers due to its proximity to the Quartier des Spectacles in Downtown Montreal ✨

I felt like Yogurt Cake. My recipe needed lemon but when the cashier said the one lemon would cost $1.29, my immediate reflex was to ask her to put it away 😂. But then I changed my mind. So best believe, I am about to use every single cent's worth of that $1.29 lol.

This cake was goood though. I recommend it. See the recipe below.
