As we celebrate our achievement, let's face reality. Cameroon's unemployment rate is high, salaries are low, and governance is a challenge, especially for Anglophones.
My advice! Don't wait! Use the energy and knowledge you have now to pursue your passion. Many have said, "Let me rest for a year" only to end up losing focus and falling into poverty.
Instead, take immediate action. Update your online presence, network with people in your industry, and start building your professional brand.
Consider entrepreneurship as a viable option. Identify your passion, conduct market research, and develop a business plan. Start small, seek mentorship, and be willing to learn and adapt.
Consider learning a new skill or reskilling to enhance your employability. Learn digital skills and stay competitive.
Remember staying motivated is key. Set realistic goals, create a routine, and prioritize SELF CARE.
You have the power to create the future you want. Don't let anyone or anything hold you back. Congratulations on your graduation🎉The world awaits👏🏾
