A few months ago, we came across Kimberly Jael Aremo’s entry video for Miss Universe Uganda 2026 she was absolutely a standout.
When we got to talk with Kimberly, we discovered that her values aligned deeply with ours at AMMA. Her vision to empower young people through mentorship, help them discover their purpose, and speak up against bullying was a mission we could genuinely connect with.
That’s how AMMA became her management team throughout her Miss Universe Uganda 2026 journey.
Our goal was to help prepare the queen behind the crown. We wanted Kimberly to feel confident, prepared, mentally grounded, and fully herself when she stepped onto the stage.
We brought in Coach , a seasoned pageant coach, who worked with Kimberly on her styling, photoshoots, presentation, and pageant walk, while the AMMA team focused on her interviews, advocacy project, confidence, communication and overall preparation.
And then we watched her deliver!
Throughout the competition, Kimberly was featured in more than 20 international publications and platforms, including BellaNaija , Amplify Africa , , OkayAfrica and many more.
She went on to win the People’s Choice Award and Wellness Queen, became the 1st Runner-Up Miss Universe Uganda 2026 and made history as the first-ever Miss Afrikana Uganda.
We are incredibly proud to have played a part in Kimberly's journey. But even more than the titles and recognition, we are proud of the woman Kimberly has become and the purpose she carries with her.
Congratulations, Kimberly. This may be the end of the competition, but we believe it is only the beginning of what you are capable of. May your reign be beautiful, successful and impactful. 🤍
