'MINJ-BAH, a man on a critical message to curb drug consumption among the youths of Cameroon*
Despite the announcement made by the government of Cameroon about tougher measures to fight against illicit drug consumption, nothing concrete really has been done. The government has relegated the fight against illicit drug consumption to the footnotes of its priorities.
The government needs to intensified the fight against drug abuse.
A Cameroonian born Louis Minjeh Mbah, a gifted musician and towering personality in entrepreneurship
Artistically known as *A'MINJ-BAH*, is on a critical mission to curb the abuse of substance and the consumption of illicit and illegal drugs among the youths of Cameroon.

Journalist: *How do you intend to use your music and artistic works to curb substance abuse in Cameroon*
'MINJ-BAH* ; Music is a powerful form of expression that can indeed play a significant role in preventing illicit drug use among young people in Cameroon.
*How do you intend to achieve this*
'MINJ-BAH* ; Here are some of the ways I intend to use my music to harnessed for positive impact:
Lyrics* My song lyrics are crafted to educate and raise awareness about the dangers of drug abuse. My music emphasizes the negative consequences of substance use, encouraging listeners to make informed choices.
My song has the capacity to advocate for a drug-free lifestyle in several ways.
I have the deep convictions that my artistic works can help the youths to stay away from harmful substances.
; How do you intend to go about this* ?
'MINJ-BAH*; I intend to start by Organizing music festivals, concerts, or community events that promote a drug-free message.
I equally intend to involve local artists and bands to perform and spread awareness about the risks associated with drug use.
I am ready to partner with musicians and artists to create anti-drug campaigns and to collaborate on songs, music videos, or public service announcements that address substance abuse.

'MINJ-BAH, I intend to use online platforms, Media Organs in engaging the youths in this noble cause.
I am equally going to keep creating music that reflects their experiences and challenges.

'MINJ-BAH* ; My team and I are going to start from schooIs across Fako Division.
We are equally going to plead with this institutions to integrate music into school programs that focused on drug prevention as well as music classes, workshops, and assemblies that can emphasize the importance of a healthy lifestyle.

; What do you think is responsible for the excessive consumption of opioid and substances among the Cameroonian youths.
'MINJ-BAH* ; there are many factors but I will outline peer pressure as the major factor for drug addiction.
Journalist; *What message do you have for young artists out there*?
'MINJ-BAH*; My message for young musicians is to use their platforms to spread positive messages that can build values in the youths. Youths between the ages of 12--15 often listen to their peers, so having a youth-led initiatives like this can be impactful.

All we need is that community engagement, and I believe if we unite effort we can create a powerful force against drug consumption.
