CHANGE YOUR LIFE IN YOUR FREE TIME
Many of us waste hours scrolling through social media, watching TV, or engaging in other leisure activities that don't contribute to our personal growth. However, what if you could use this time to change your life for the better? The truth is, you have the power to choose how you spend your time.

The Power of Time Management
Think about it: if you have time to watch TV or scroll through your phone, you also have time to work on your goals, learn a new skill, or practice a hobby. It's all about prioritizing what's truly important to you. By using your free time wisely, you can make progress towards your goals and improve your overall well-being.

Small Steps Can Lead to Big Changes
You don't need to make drastic changes to see results. Small, consistent efforts can add up over time. For example, dedicating just 30 minutes a day to learning a new skill or working on a personal project can be incredibly empowering. As you make progress, you'll start to notice positive changes in your life.

Take Control of Your Time
So, how can you start using your free time more productively? Start by identifying your goals and priorities. What do you want to achieve? What steps can you take to get there? Once you have a clear plan, make a commitment to yourself to use your time wisely.

Make the Most of Your Time
By choosing to use your free time to work on your goals, you'll be taking control of your life. You'll be investing in yourself and your future, and you'll be more likely to achieve your dreams. So, next time you're tempted to mindlessly scroll through your phone or watch TV, ask yourself: what else could I be doing with this time? Could I be learning something new, working on a project, or practicing a skill? The possibilities are endless.

Master What You Can Control
In life, it's easy to get caught up in things that are beyond our control. We worry about the future, stress about things that might go wrong, and get frustrated with circumstances that are outside of our power to change. However, this approach can lead to feelings of anxiety, frustration, and powerlessness.

Focus on What You Can Control
Instead of wasting energy on things you can't control, focus on what you can control. This means taking ownership of your thoughts, emotions, and actions. By doing so, you'll be able to:

- Make better decisions
- Take purposeful action
- Build resilience
- Improve your relationships
- Enhance your overall well-being

Let Go of What You Can't Control
When you focus on what you can control, you'll naturally let go of what you can't. This means releasing attachment to specific outcomes, letting go of worries about the future, and accepting things as they are.

Benefits of Mastering What You Can Control
By mastering what you can control, you'll experience:

- Increased confidence
- Improved mental clarity
- Enhanced productivity
- Better relationships
- Greater sense of calm and well-being

Putting it into Practice
To master what you can control, try the following:

- Identify what you can control in a given situation
- Take ownership of your thoughts, emotions, and actions
- Focus on making progress, not perfection
- Practice mindfulness and self-awareness
- Let go of attachment to specific outcomes

By following these tips, you'll be able to master what you can control and live a more intentional, fulfilling life.

I sat across from yet another entrepreneur who seemed to have it all—Ivy League degree, family connections, venture capital funding. As they casually mentioned their "small million-dollar loan from dad," I shrunk in my chair, mentally tallying my disadvantages: First-gen college student. No network. Maxed-out credit cards.

For years, I thought success was about overcoming disadvantages. Then I read Ash Ali and Hasan Kubba's The Unfair Advantage—and realized I'd been looking at it all wrong.

The truth? Everyone has unique advantages. The winners aren't those without disadvantages—they're those who identify and leverage their hidden strengths.

Here are 7 game-changing lessons that helped me spot and weaponize my own unfair advantages:

1. Your "Disadvantages" Are Probably Advantages in Disguise
My Story: My immigrant hustle (born from having no safety net) outpaced privileged peers who could afford to move slowly.
Your Exercise: List 3 "hard knocks" from your past—how did they give you unique skills?

2. The MILES Framework: Your Hidden Superpowers
The 5 Unfair Advantages:

Money

Intelligence & Insight

Location & Luck

Education & Expertise

Status
My "Aha": Though I lacked Money and Status, my Location (cheap city) and Insight (outsider perspective) were goldmines.

3. "Stop Competing on Their Battlefield"
My Mistake: Trying to out-Harvard Harvard grads at their own game.
Breakthrough: I crushed them when I played to my strengths—hustle, creativity, and hunger.

4. The "Lucky Mindset" That Creates Luck
Research: People who believe they're lucky actually spot/attract more opportunities.
My Ritual: Weekly "luck journal" where I document serendipitous moments others miss.

5. Network > Net Worth
My Hack: I couldn't buy access, so I traded skills—designing decks for influencers in exchange for intros.
Your Move: What valuable skill can you barter today?

6. The "Underdog Edge"
Psychology: People root for (and help) scrappy outsiders over polished insiders.
My Pitch: Started highlighting my bootstrap story—investors leaned in.

7. "Success Leaves Clues—But Not the Ones You Expect"
My Epiphany: Copying Elon's 100-hour weeks didn't work—but stealing his "first principles" thinking did.
Your Homework: Study one role model's hidden advantages, not just their hustle.

My New Resume
Now when I meet privileged founders, I don't see their advantages—I see mine:

• Scrappy creativity (from having no budget)
• Relentless resourcefulness (from having no safety net)
• Authentic storytelling (from real struggles)

Because here's the radical truth Ali and Kubba teach:
The playing field is always uneven.
Winners don't wish it were fair—
they find the unique tilt
that works in their favor.
Your so-called weaknesses
are someone else's
unattainable superpower.

Working hard will help you get what you want.

But showing up every day, even when it’s tough, is what helps you keep it.

And when you’re thankful for what you have, life often gives you more.

Gratitude changes how you see things—it makes you focus on the good instead of what’s missing.

People who are grateful take better care of what they’ve earned, and that energy attracts more good things.

So don’t stop once you reach your goal.

Keep putting in the work, keep showing up, and remember to appreciate how far you’ve come.

That simple mindset—work hard, stay steady, and be thankful—can take you further than you think.

“YOU’RE NOT LAZY—YOU’RE JUST DISTRACTED”
(A brutally honest take on why focus beats motivation every time)

Forget motivation. Forget “hustle culture.”
If you’re still broke, stuck, and underachieving—it’s not because you’re lazy.

You’re distracted.

BRUTAL THREAD:

1. YOU START 10 THINGS, BUT FINISH NONE
You’ve downloaded 5 e-books.
You’ve saved 30 business videos.
You’ve registered for 4 online courses.

But you’ve completed zero.

You don’t lack energy—you lack follow-through.
A distracted mind starts everything and masters nothing.

2. YOUR PHONE HAS BECOME YOUR BOSS
Notifications rule you.
You can’t focus for 20 minutes without checking WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok.

Every beep steals your time.
Every scroll steals your future.

You don’t need more hours in a day—you need fewer distractions per hour.

3. YOU’RE “BUSY” DOING NOTHING
You call yourself “hardworking” because you’re always tired.
But tired from what, exactly?

Is your work producing results or just draining energy?
You’re mistaking movement for progress.

Being “busy” with irrelevant things is why your dreams are waiting.

4. YOU’RE ADDICTED TO ENTERTAINMENT, NOT EX*****ON
You know the entire plot of your favorite TV shows.
You’ve watched every viral skit.
You never miss a trending gist.

Yet you haven’t sat down to write that proposal, practice that skill, or pitch that idea.

Your entertainment addiction is why your future feels like fiction.

5. YOU CAN’T SAY “NO” TO DISTRACTIONS
Friends invite you out—you can’t say no.
A random party? You’re there.
Someone’s birthday? You’re planning it like it’s your job.

Meanwhile, your own goals are starving for attention.

Every YES to distraction is a NO to your destiny.

6. YOU CONFUSE INSPIRATION FOR ACTION
You watch motivational videos and feel hyped… for 15 minutes.
You screenshot quotes but never apply them.
You repost success stories, yet you’re not writing your own.

Bro, inspiration without ex*****on is ma********on.
It makes you feel good, but produces nothing.

7. YOU THINK YOU HAVE TIME—YOU DON’T
You keep saying “I’ll start tomorrow.”
“I’m waiting for the perfect time.”
“I’m still planning.”

Brother, tomorrow is already fully booked for distractions.
Start now—or stay where you are.

BOTTOM LINE:

You’re not lazy. You’re highly distracted.
And distraction is killing more dreams than failure ever could.

If you want to win:

Turn off the noise.

Cut unnecessary people.

Delete apps that waste time.

Say NO like your life depends on it.

FOCUS is your superpower.
Without it, talent is useless.
Without it, time is wasted.
Without it, you’ll work hard but stay broke.

It’s not motivation that separates winners from losers—it’s the ability to stay locked in.

CHOOSE FOCUS. OWN YOUR FUTURE.

Listen up, Men..

YOU’RE NOT H***Y, IT’S JUST PARASITES IN YOUR
GUTS .

Most people don’t want to hear this
Because it destroys the illusion that their urges are sacred

But sometimes what you call “desire”
Isn’t spiritual
Isn’t emotional
Isn’t even yours

It’s worms
It’s parasites
It’s microscopic demons whispering from the gut
Screaming for mucus, sugar, lust, and decay
And every time you think you’re “in the mood”
You might just be under possession

Because the gut is your second brain
And if it’s infested
So are your thoughts

You think you crave s*x
But what you really crave is a discharge
A release of the toxic load trying to hijack your frequency

You think you’re addicted to pleasure
But what you’re really doing
Is letting invisible entities feed off your or***ms

They don’t just live in your gut
They anchor in your lower chakras
They open portals through p**n
They attach through unclean lovers
And every moan in misalignment is an invitation

Every climax out of purpose is a contract

Here’s the truth nobody taught you:

S*x isn’t just physical
It’s spiritual currency
And when you spend it in darkness
You don’t get pleasure, you get poverty

You don’t get fulfillment, you get infestation

Let’s stop pretending
You’re not turned on
You’re not enlightened
You’re not craving intimacy

You’re INFESTED

That itch you feel?
That sudden urge to ma******te?
That late-night “loneliness”?
It’s not divine longing, it’s an ass-eating parasite in your re**um convincing you to eat ass as well
Hijacking your mind, whispering in your gut,
Begging you to spill sacred energy for a quick dopamine drip

And like a fool, you obey
You call it being “in the mood”
But really, you’re being spiritually milked like a blind cow

These demons feed on waste
They love mucus, sugar, meat, alcohol, w**d, and ej*******on
They attach through p**n
They amplify through processed food
They scream when you try to fast
They rage when you try to abstain

She’s not shaking ass on the Internet and the club because it’s divine
She’s shaking ass because those parasites having a party in her asshole(she’s literally throwing them parasites in a circle)

Anyone who is overly s*xual , promiscuous , and extremely lustful is possessed by these entities

The most infected people tend to be OnlyFans models , p**n stars, s*x workers , st*****rs , and the men who partake in these endeavors

If you want to have s*x with an infected person , it’s easy, simply feed their parasitic demons enough vices such as alcohol, w**d , sugar , low vibrational food, ect and they will fold

Their demons will induce massive lust in them and do the work for you
Yet if you have to engage in these activities to have s*x with them , you are also being controlled by these entities

And you will continue to be controlled to do demonic low vibrational behavior as well

Until you get the fangs out of your spine
Until you stop letting microscopic entities control your chakras

This isn’t s*xual liberation, it’s infestation
And every time you “can’t help yourself”
A demon helps itself to you

YOU DESERVE A BODY THAT’S FREE FROM PARASITIC DESIRE

YOU DESERVE TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LUST AND INFESTATION

YOU DESERVE TO RISE ABOVE THE URGES THAT WERE NEVER YOURS TO BEGIN WITH

ALL GLORY BE TO THE MOST HIGH
SMILE AND GIVE THANKS
