Customer preference matters 💅🏽✨

Just finished this nail set, and it reminded me why we should always listen to what the client actually wants. As nail techs, we may have our own ideas of what looks best, but the set is ultimately for the person wearing it.

Sometimes, the customer’s preference may not be our personal favorite — and that’s okay. Our job is to bring their vision to life while still guiding them professionally. 💕

Last week,I stepped out to celebrate my girls. my heart is filled with so much joy and pride as I celebrate the successful completion of the Rise Up Women 2026 training program. 💕🎓

For one whole month, I had the privilege of training these amazing young ladies and equipping them with skills in the beauty industry. Watching them learn, grow, gain confidence, and discover their potential has been truly rewarding. 💄💅🏽✨

It was their closing ceremony, and I was so happy to be there to support and celebrate my trainees. Seeing how far they have come reminded me once again that when we invest in young women, we are not just teaching skills — we are creating opportunities, building confidence, and empowering them to become independent. ❤️

I am incredibly proud of each and every one of you. This may be the end of the training, but it is only the beginning of a beautiful journey ahead. 🌸
