*My Vision of the Council of Heaven and the Revelation of the Secrets of the Prophetic Ministry.*
In the morning hours of the 6th day of the first week of the 9th month of the year, the hand of the Lord came upon me and brought me into the visions of God, and I saw great mysteries.
On the set day for this visitation, the Spirit of Grace and Supplications came upon me around 3 AM in the morning, and I travailed in prayers till 6 AM. After that, I lay on the bed meditating on this scripture:
*John 14:2*
*In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.*
While in meditation around 6:45 AM, the Spirit of the Lord came upon me as a mighty wind, and in the twinkle of an eye, I saw myself in a great hall. The hall was so great that I could not see the roof. The floor was made of diamond and gold and other precious stones. The walls were made of gold, and it had very great pillars which were all of gold. There were names written upon it in a strange language. Though I could not read the language, I could discern by the intelligence of the Spirit that these were the names of the martyrs of God! While I was being caught up by the beauty of this great building, the Spirit led me to look at the far end of the building, and as I looked, I saw thrones set, and there were people sitting on them. I saw at the north side of the council, the Lord Jesus was upon the throne, full of glory, majesty, and power. He was clothed in a white robe with golden stripes and a purple and golden sash upon him, and on his head was a crown. The light from his face was shining so bright that his face could not be seen, but only his voice heard. The thrones were set on his right and his left, and no throne in front of him; they were all by the side! On his right side were servants of God who are still in the flesh on the earth, and on the left were servants of God who slept in the flesh but were alive in the Spirit. Amongst them were prophets and apostles whose accounts are written in scriptures, and fathers of faith who are called on earth generals of God—men who by their service and sacrifice advanced the purpose of God on earth! In my heart, this scripture which I've always read was brought to my remembrance:
**1 Kings 22:19 KJV**
*And he said, Hear thou therefore the word of the Lord: I saw the Lord sitting on his throne, and all the host of heaven standing by him on his right hand and on his left.*
In my heart, I said, "This must be the council that the holy prophet Micaiah saw."
I was made to approach this council in a veil or cloud of the Spirit, for they could not see me, neither did they notice my presence. But by special grace given to me, I heard a part of the council meeting. I saw that there was a case brought against a servant of God who is still alive in the flesh, and it was said that his works are divisive in the body of Christ (his name is withheld). While there, I began praying in my heart for mercy for the man of God. Then, all of a sudden, the Lord gave his judgment on the matter, and it was sealed from me, for it sounded in my ears as the rumblings of thunder. But after he gave his judgment concerning the man of God, a decree was made from that council, and a voice began to cry out from the altar, and from it proceeded these words:
*Bind the spirit of discord that the evil one has set in between the apostles and the prophets. Turn the hearts of the apostles to the prophets and the hearts of the prophets to the apostles, for thereby shall the Church be strengthened in the faith, shall stand strong in that grace of Christ, and shall be established as the praise of all the earth.*
When this decree went forth, I was taken away from the area where the meeting was taking place, and I was taken into a large corridor, and there were many doors. The doors were all golden, and there were inscriptions on them in that same strange language. The Spirit said to me, "Knock." I knocked as I was commanded, and the door was opened. When it was opened, rays of blue light flooded my face and my heart, and then I entered the door. I met a being there whom I addressed as an elder. Then a question was put in my heart by the Spirit because at that point I was not thinking such, and thus I asked him:
"Sir, what is the secret of the true prophetic ministry?"
And he answered me, "A true prophet must be EXTREMELY prayerful."
After his answer, the Spirit asked me to go out and continue in the corridor. As I walked, I came to the next door. It was of gold with another inscription written on it in the strange heavenly language. The Spirit asked me again to knock. As I knocked, the door was opened, and again flashes of blue light broke forth upon me. As I entered, the same question was on my lips again, so I asked the elder in that room:
"Sir, what is the secret of the true prophetic ministry?"
And he answered me, "A true prophet must be TOTALLY obedient to the word of the Lord."
After he answered me, by the instructions of the Spirit, I came out and continued until I came to the next door, which was also made of gold and had different inscriptions in the same language. So I knocked on the door as the Spirit commanded me, and the door was opened. Then, as with the other doors, great beams of light gushed into me, and as I entered, the same question was again on my mouth, so I asked the elder in this hall:
"Sir, what is the secret to the true prophetic ministry?"
He answered me, "A true prophet must be FULLY committed to the work of the Lord."
When he said this, the Spirit instructed me to continue in the corridor, and I came to the next door. It was also of gold but with more inscriptions written on it in that heavenly language. So I knocked on the door, and it was opened. Great currents of light and lightning came upon me, and when I entered, I saw an elder there. But before I could ask him anything, he said to me:
"The answer to all the questions you have is in you, for the Spirit of the Ancient One, the God of the Spirit of the Prophets, lives in you."
He said some other things to me which I sealed in my heart by the Spirit because in the Spirit I know them, but I don't yet have the utterance to communicate them in the physical!
When I came out from there, my spirit did not return to earth as it was carried there, for in going I was carried by a wind and just appeared. But in returning, I was carried upon a great white bird whose wings were made of gold and diamond, and the eyes were like flashes of lightning. When we were descending as we left the third heaven and came into the second heavens, there was a great darkness, and there were evil creatures hiding in the darkness. I could not see them, but I could hear their shrieks that sounded like that of animals, especially monkeys. But I saw something great; as the bird descended, wherever it looked, the flashes of lightning came forth from its eyes and illuminated the direction it was looking while flying. All evil spirits who in that direction fled from that light and quickly hid themselves. The ones who could not flee quickly were consumed and turned to dust or dark smoke and disappeared into the darkness!
Then the bird came into the earth realm and came with me above the building where I was praying, and before I knew it, my spirit was back in my body! I bowed my head and gave praise to the Lord Jesus because he has magnified his mercy upon me and has been gracious to reveal such things to me. I prayed by the Spirit:
"Oh Lord, by a bond of love, bind the apostles and the prophets together into one. Let your staff and your rod not depart from your Church, O Lord Most High!"
Let he who reads the words of this prophecy give himself to intercession that the apostles and the prophets shall be one!
