➡️Eat green leafy vegetables like cabbage, huckleberry, water leaf, erru just to name a few. These veggies contain a lot of antioxidants and are highly nutritious.
➡️Fruits like apples contains high fiber levels, blueberries and grapes contains high antioxidants levels.
➡️Herbs like Ginger, garlic 🧄, green teas, parsley have boosting effects on our lovers and kidneys
➡️Consuming fish 🐟 and fish products provides us with omega-3-fatty acids which is known to reduce blood triglycerides and blood pressure.
