On Friday, October 27th, 2023, Axis Neptune will host their new album release party at DDC Beijing with support from one of Beijing’s most up and coming indie rock bands, Lead White. This album is the second album released by Axis Neptune. It took over 2 years to finish.

The title of the new album is "With You I’d Burn It All”. The title is taken from a lyric in the song “Kyle”, which is a tribute to a friend that passed away. Axis Neptune will perform several new songs from the album on October 27th. The album comprises of 12 songs recorded over two years in over six different locations.

“Feathers was the first song we wrote while living in the house we rented to record part of the album. We recorded it two years ago and it took two years to finish. It started with a simple beat and David playing a simple melody that regularly alternates between two notes. This is then combined with thick layers of vocals and synths to create a dreamy instrumentation. The lyrics tell the story of a person being so in love with someone that they start to decompose and fade away. Everything else in their life begins to lose meaning and importance, as they gain perspective. The lyrics "preaching all the world's disasters" - "all I want is you, don't complicate this" describe that feeling where you become numb to everything that does not directly involve that person.” ——Axis Neptune
