A chameleonic pioneer at the forefront of China’s live electronic counterculture, Wu Zhuoling has built a reputation for deeply immersive performances and genre-defying sound. Performing exclusively with hardware, she creates live sets that guide audiences through a fluid sonic journey - from soothing ambient and experimental downtempo to soulful electronica, progressive IDM, and driving leftfield techno.
Her sound, shaped by over twenty years of production experience and her roots as a folk singer and trip-hop frontwoman, merges refined sound design with warmth, rhythm, and emotional depth. Having toured widely across China and abroad - including New Zealand, the U.S., Europe, and Japan - she’s released acclaimed works such as Another Shore (2022, LP), Uncharted (2023, EP), Reverie (2024, LP) and Uncharted II (2026, EP).
Her standing in the Chinese electronic scene is reflected by being invited as support act for the China tours of several renowned international artists such as Max Cooper (2024), Rival Consoles (2026) and Bonobo (2026).
