Today we hit 100k on Instagram, meaning one hundred thousand of YOU came across my content at some point and decided to stick around longer… and that means a lot to me.
4 years ago I started creating content as a passion, and I used calisthenics/fitness as a voice to help others in any way that I can.
It’s the reason I’m doing this daily, because I love it and I’m able to help others while following my passion.
But as much as hitting goals and milestones such as 100k followers is exciting, it’s a very temporary feeling of excitement. The process of trying and growing IS the fun and where the love for it comes from.
So I want you to use this as a sign, an example, motivation or inspiration to pursue whatever it is that you love. Not only for the end goal that you envision for yourself, but for the process and the journey that you’ll embark on.
Remember that all goals start with a dream, proceed with an action, then become a reality through consistency.
You’ll surprise yourself with how much you can actually accomplish!
All you need to do is just start.
