The 2025 China (Chongqing) Urban Renewal Forum & Resource Matching Conference, held on October 28 at Yuelai International Conference Center, marked a significant step in Chongqing’s urban transformation. Yubei District showcased strong momentum as part of the citywide renewal initiative.

Among them, Yubei’s Tongde Village Urban Regeneration Project stood out—a transformative plan to develop new energy vehicle manufacturing, modern logistics, aviation industries, and a modern construction cluster. The project spans 1,546 mu of industrial land, along with 180 mu for residential and 52.5 mu for commercial use.
