Creador Pictures is a television production company that aims to increase awareness and promote Latin culture through broadcast, print, radio and Internet media outlets. Creador Pictures strives to produce and document stories told by Latinos, knowing fully that if these stories are not written, they will be lost. Creador Pictures is the vision of Renzo Devia, who has made it his personal quest to
empower and unite Latinos throughout the Americas. Devia has over 14 years of experience in television production in the United States. Over the years he also worked developing English language programming for Latinos with shows like Urban Latino TV, American Latino (www.AmericanLatino.tv) and Latination (www.Latination.tv). These TV shows are broadcast to over 100 markets and reach over 50 million households in major networks across the U.S. Renzo Devia was also a partner of the company American Latino Television, which was sold to LATV in 2008. Creador Pictures is Renzo Devia’s latest venture through which he plans to produce Latino-themed content for Latin America. The goal is to develop projects that eliminate negative stereotypes of Latinos and break barriers between English and Spanish-speaking Latinos. Creador will allow Hispanic talent to have creative control over their content by providing a platform for them in front and behind the lens.
