My name is Melisa, but you can call me Meli. I'm a photographer in Livermore, California. I specialize in maternity, family, and newborn photography. Visual designer, artist and former Montessori Teacher obsessed with all things celestial: The moon, stars, sunsets, and clouds. But my love doesn't stop at the sky; I'm also a huge fan of capturing the beauty that's all around us. From the magic in a

child's smile, to the love that floats between a couple or the eyes of a mother holding her baby for the first time. I'm all about those raw, authentic moments. By pushing my limits, I’ve learned to embrace my true self and see the world with a fresh perspective. This has allowed me to help my clients uncover their own unique beauty and authenticity. I believe that everyone has a story to tell, and my goal is to capture it in a way that is both meaningful and visually stunning. I'm a Colombian photographer with a natural ability for connecting with people on a personal level and making them feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera.

This year has been full of growth, challenges, and so much joy and honestly, I just feel grateful.

Grateful for the families who chose to work with me, the mamas who welcomed me into their baby’s very first days, and the couples who let me capture their love. 💛

And beyond grateful for the way life always seems to bring me more than I could’ve dreamed of.

This family was so special to me. Mama was a little worried because her husband isn’t a big fan of photos and wasn’t too excited about it. But I reminded her that this season of life won’t come back and one day, they’d regret not having these memories.

The most important thing isn’t posing or perfection, it’s presence. ✨ To give yourself the gift of being in the photos, so when your kids grow up they’ll remember you were there, smiling, loving, and present. 💛

We LITERALLY climbed a mountain to get to this sunset spot, and I was so up for it! Honestly, I’m still not sure how mama made it in heels (supermom energy ✨) But wow, was it so worth it.
