Hey guys, just wanted to jump on here and say a massive thank you to everyone who watched our Costa Rica travel series!
That’s officially country number 1 done on this journey… and we’re just getting started as we continue through Central America 🌎
But I also wanted to say something a bit more real.
Thank you to everyone who’s been supporting this new chapter and direction of the channel. Travelling, filming it, sharing it… I always knew this shift wouldn’t be for everyone, and honestly, I knew it would be the hardest transition I’ve made on YouTube.
YouTube is a strange one. From the outside, it can look like freedom, like you’ve escaped the rat race of life. But sometimes it feels like you’ve just stepped into a different one. One where you’re constantly chasing views, numbers, growth… and slowly, without realising it, letting it dictate your life.
I’ve done that. Repeated what works, even when it didn’t feel right anymore.
I don’t want to live dictated by an algorithm or keep doing the same thing just because it performs well. There’s something way more meaningful about choosing your own direction even when it’s risky, even when views drop, even when things slow down.
I could’ve stayed where things were comfortable. Kept doing the same style of videos that I knew would perform. But life isn’t about staying the same, it’s about growth, change, and actually living the life you want. At some point you just have to say, “f**k it, I’m going for it.” And if it works, amazing. If it doesn’t, at least you tried.
Every time you change direction, in life or in my case changing the direction of my business, there’s risk. Things slow down. Numbers drop. It feels like you’re being punished for evolving.
In those moments of self doubt… when the results aren’t there, when things feel slow, when you start questioning everything, that’s when it matters most.
Because pushing through those moments, staying consistent, and backing yourself despite how it looks or what others might think… that’s what eventually makes the difference.
So if you’ve been watching, supporting, and sticking around through the changes… thank you. It genuinely means more than you know. ❤️
