4 brings another major opportunity for CS2 teams from Europe and South America!
Porto will host 16 teams from August 26th to September 9th, with a $400,000 prize pool on the line. Twelve teams will receive direct invites based on the VRS ranking, while the remaining four spots will be decided through regional qualifiers for Europe, Asia and both of the American regions!
This time, Relog will be in charge of both the European and the South American qualifiers, setting up two parallel qualification paths for RES Showdown 4: BLAST Open Qualifier - at the start of July.
The Open Qualifiers for Europe and South America will take place on July 4th and 5th, while the playoffs are scheduled for July 9th-11th. The stakes are high, as only one team from each region will secure a spot at the main event.
With no room for error, no easy path and a place in Porto as the ultimate goal, the RES Showdown 4 qualifiers are set to be another major test for teams looking to break through on the international CS2 stage.
