For the first time in history, Curaçao is stepping onto the world’s biggest football stage. Isla chiki, kurason GRANDI. A small island with a giant heart, carrying the dreams, pride, rhythm and fighting spirit of an entire nation.

To honor that moment, Pelikula Studios International stepped into new territory and created our first official music video as a team:

For the first time, Pelikula Studios International steps into the world of music videos as a team and we could not have chosen a more historic moment to do it.

We have done it. Curaçao is going to the world cup. 11 on the field a country behind them.

A dream that once felt impossible is now real. Our island, standing on the world stage.

This music video is our tribute to the players, the fans, the believers and everyone who carries Kòrsou in their heart.

For the first time ever, Pelikula Studios International is producing a music video.

And we could not imagine a more powerful reason than this historic moment: our national team representing Curaçao on the road to the World Cup.

This is more than a music video.

This is pride. This is culture. This is our island moving as one.
Through music, cinema and national energy, we want to honor the players, the fans and everyone who believes in what Curaçao can show the world.

In Curaçao, there are still many subjects we do not easily speak about.

Some because they are uncomfortable. Some because they are misunderstood. And some because they have been pushed into silence for far too long.

This is one of them.

Our new 5-part series and documentary were created to open a necessary conversation around a reality that exists within our own community, a conversation about policy, stigma, human experience and the truths we often leave untouched.

This project is also a reflection of local strength. Brought to life by a fully local Curaçao crew, it stands as a collaboration between Pelikula Studios International, directed by Michael Dalnoot, and Greyan Pastor as Creative Director.

This work was made with the intention of telling an important story through the eyes, talent, and voice of our own island.

Because the conversations that matter most are often the ones we avoid the longest.
