Recently one of our artists has been brought up in a controversial situation. We would like to OFFICIALLY explain what exactly is the issue.

Recently our artist Boni Faas did an interview with SVTV Africa Exclusives to talk about his musical career. It was a great opportunity for our artist to be able to put himself out there.
Unfortunately, 2 questions were asked that really didn't have anything to do with his musical career. He remained polite and proceeded to answer the question to the best of his ability to intending to speak badly or give a wrong impression.
The main issue with all this is that in the process of titling the video, they focused mainly on those 2 questions, leading persons to believe that that is what the interview was about. If you would listen to the entire interview you would realize that that is not the case.
As a label, we are not happy that those questions were asked to begin with, and we are certainly not happy with the title that was given to the footage. We are in talks with the company and have offered various options:
1. Re-title the video and, or
2. Edit out the portion where the controversial questions were asked as they have nothing to do with our artists' career or,
3. Remove the interview altogether from their platforms.
We will keep you updated on the proceedings with this issue and we ask you to continue to support Boni Faas in all his future endeavors.
